CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

Our entry schedule is:
From Monday to Saturday from 4pm to 7pm
Outside of our schedules or on holidays, the pick-up of keys is done in mailboxes with code. To obtain the code you have to pay in advance the total amount of the stay, as well as the deposit.

Check-out: The departure of the accommodations will befor 10am.
DEPOSIT
Upon arrival at our office, you must pay a deposit, only with credit card which amount varies depending on the accommodation.
Rental deposit: 300 € (security deposit if bringing a pet: 400 €)
Security for houses: 500 €
Deposit for villas with private pool: 500 €
Deposit for young groups: 50 € / person (minimum 300 €)
INVENTORY OF ACCOMMODATIONS
Our apartments have most of the services you might need on your holiday (washing machine, coffee maker and other utensils ...). Before your arrival, if you had any doubts, please send us an email to recepcion@iberplaya.com, and we will reply as soon as possible.
Iberplaya offers sheets and hand towels for the number of people indicated in the reservation. In case you need bath towels, you can rent at the reception. Dishcloths, mops and / or cleaning products are not included in the accommodation for hygienic reasons.
