RESERVATIONS

Once you reserve through our web page or contracted servers, we will contact you via e-mail or phone to give all the information for your reservation.

BILL PAYMENTS

A reservation will be confirmed by the owner once the payment has been approved and initial or full payment has been processed. When booking the guest will make an initial payment of 50% of the rental fee. Upon receipt of the booking and accepted by the owner, the tenant is responsible for paying the remaining balance of the rental 7  days befor of entry into the property.

CHANGE OF DATES OF STAY

If you wish to change your reservation dates must tell Iberplaya via email. In the event that there is availability on other dates change recalculating the amount according to new rental dates will be made. If there is not availability on the new dates chosen by the customer and the customer decides to cancel the reservation, it would proceed to apply the conditions of cancellation of Iberplaya.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGE OF RESERVATION

Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, the cancellation can only be made in accordance with the following terms:    

  • Cancellation up to 30 days before the date of arrival Iberplaya will retain 50% of the amount received.    
  • In case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival: Iberplaya will retain the total amount received.   
  • In case you want to cancel your reservation, please contact our reservations department.

In case of force majeure (water damage, fire, etc ...) Iberplaya will change you to another similar property, or refund the full amount of the proceeds received.

CANCELLATION DURING COVID: 14 DAYS BEFOR THE ARRIVAL= FREE CANCELLATION

IDENTITY OF GUESTS

The customer must communicate to Iberplaya the total number of people who will occupy the apartment and therefore these people may use it only in terms of the maximum capacity of each apartment. Not be permitted to exceed the capacity established on the property. Exceeding the number of people exposed and agreed result in immediate eviction without refund. The customer provide your name, phone number, passport copy and the email of the booking. Iberplaya reserves the right to request the same information about the other occupants if this were necessary. Iberplaya perform the necessary formalities with police (Mossos d'Esquadra) for proper registration under order IRP / 352/2009, of July 3 on the obligation of lodging establishments located in Catalonia to submit to the Directorate General of police, by electronic means, information concerning the stay of persons staying.

STATE PROPERTY

The property will have been inspected before the occupation, so that guests undertake:    

  • Notify Iberplaya immediately regarding any problem damages and / or maintenance that require attention.    
  • Tenants must leave the property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. If Iberplaya considers that the property is not in acceptable conditions of cleaning the day of departure, a cleaning fee will be charged (see section and extra cleaning)

DEPOSIT

  • Rental deposit: 300 € (security deposit if bringing a pet: 400 €)    
  • Security for houses: 500 €    
  • Deposit for villas with private pool: 500 €    
  • Deposit for groups of young people: 50 € / person (minimum 300 €)

Iberplaya  need 48h  for the devolucion process.

PETS

It must consult Iberplaya. In the event that a property does not allow pets and had evidence of occupation by pet or animal hair evidence on furniture and bedding may incur additional cleaning charges. The owner is not responsible for any allergic reaction or other conditions arising from the occupation of the property. The designation of "no pets" does not indicate that there have been pets in the property at some point.

TAXES TOURIST FEE:

All bookings will incur a surcharge of 1,10 € per person per night payable upon arrival with a maximum of 7 nights. Under 16 they are exempt. Other services will be recorded with VAT 21%.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Iberplaya is not responsible for the consequences that may arise from the use that makes the client during their stay in the apartment, including damages, injuries, losses due to theft, fire or criminal activity. In the event that during the client's stay in the apartment was a failure of others to misuse by the customer and make it impossible to stay in it, Iberplaya be responsible to fix it as soon as possible, upon notification by the customer.

GUEST BEHAVIOR

The client and their companions must behave in a civic manner and respecting the rules of coexistence. In the event that the general rules of coexistence are not met, Iberplaya shall be entitled to demand the eviction from the apartment without compensation. Should respect the hours of rest of 23: 00h to 8: 00h / 10: 00h on weekends and holidays. They should respect the schedules of use of the pool for each property. It should be made responsible use of swimming pools, children must be supervised at all times. Topless are not allowed in the communal areas. Night parties are not allowed. In case of breach of these rules and receive complaints from neighbors Iberplaya will have the right to finalize the tourist rental contract right.
