How to reserve the apartment on the web?
In our website you will find the search engine at the top or different tabs to select the property that you like. Once selected you only need to fill in contact fields and our reservations team will contact you or may be reserved directly if it was available.
When will I receive the booking confirmation?
Once all the necessary data we will send you by email a confirmation of booking your stay details and prices, and the amount of the reserve, the amount corresponding to prepayment of 30% and the bank account to do it. Once you send an email with information on all the steps on arrival.
How far is the apartment from Barcelona airport?
Salou and the Costa Dorada are internationally connected thanks to the airports of Reus and Barcelona. Reus Airport is located 12 kilometers from Salou and Barcelona-El Prat, about 103 kilometers. For more information, phone Reus Airport is (977)779832.
How I can come up with other means of transportation?
A Salou can also be reached by other means of transport. The following shows the contact numbers of these, such as the train or taxi:

If your apartment is located in the vicinity of the town of Salou, from our reception we will tell you the easiest way to get to your destination.
Where do I pick up the keys?
The check-in or delivery of keys is done in our office located in Calle Mayor, nº 29 (local) Salou, Tarragona 43892.
Are there sheets and towels available in the apartment?
Yes, there will be sheets and hand towels available for guests contracted in the reserve, and the apartment will be ready upon arrival. Remember that we have prepared for the number of people that we detailed in the book, if there are modifications shall notify in advance.
What time can access the apartment and when to leave?
Check-in is from 16:00 am to 20: 00h. Except in high season (July 2 to August 27) will be only on Saturdays and on schedule 16h to 20h.
The check-out or exit will be on Saturday from 09: 00h to 10: 00h.
Holidays 2018 (30/03, 02/04, 01/06/05,16/05, 24/06, 15/08, 11/09, 12/10, 31/10, 01/11). Check schedules if inputs and outputs.
Outside of our office hours, on Sundays or holidays, the delivery of keys has an additional cost of 60 euros until 22:00 and 100 euros until 24:00. To access this service, always inform with advance notice!
The deposit will be returned in 24h-48h once it has verified the perfect condition of the apartment.
Should I clean the apartment on departure?
The accommodation must be left clean on departure except when you want to pay the cleaning service. Regardless you must leave the accommodation in a decent state. (Clean kitchen utensils, throwing garbage, empty refrigerator / freezer and throw food scraps).
How do I pay the rent?
By submitting the proposed reserve, will detail the outstanding amounts and if you have hired additional services. The booking prepayment can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
Is there to deposit a bail?
You have to pay a deposit depending on the property upon arrival, which is by default 250 € except as bringing pet cases which bond will be 300 €. The deposit will be refunded after check-out, when it is found that there has been no damage in the apartment and collected in this condition.
Are there any extra costs?
The total amount of the reservation includes all services (cleaning, supplies ...) and taxes including tourist tax. You will find more information in the general conditions.
How I can cancel a reservation?
All cancellations must be made by e-mail. Our policy regarding returns find them in the GENERAL CONDITIONS. Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, the cancellation can only be made in accordance with the following terms:
Cancellation up to 30 days before the date of arrival Iberplaya will retain 50% of the amount received.
In case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival: Iberplaya will retain the total amount received.

In case of force majeure (water damage, fire, etc ...) Iberplaya replace the housing by a similar/better, or refund the full amount of the amount received.
